We are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Western Kenya. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets in the region.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
Build and maintain relationships with key business clients in the region
Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective regional campaigns
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
Strong knowledge of the Western Kenya market and business landscape
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region
Fluency in English, Swahili, and preferably local languages of Western Kenya
